problem: people buy groceries with good intentions, then forget what they have, let food expire, and waste money.

big insight: people fear wasting money more than wasting food, which drives overbuying and poor planning.

solution: chomp helps users track groceries automatically, understand expiration timelines, and make decisions using what they already have.
